GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

General Conditions of Sale: It is reminded to the client that, in accordance with Article L. 221-28-12° of the Consumer Code, they cannot exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, regarding accommodation services. The Booking Conditions (above) for accommodation, for the rate and period selected by the client, specify the terms of cancellation and/or modification of the booking.

Based on Article L. 223-2 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the possibility of registering on the BLOCTEL telephone solicitation opposition list.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Disputes

In the event you made a reservation through the channels of Société des Hôtels Littéraires (websites, mobile, applications, or reservation centers) and encountered a problem following this reservation or during your stay, you have the possibility of filing a complaint directly with the hotel.

If your complaint does not receive a satisfactory response within a maximum period of 60 days from the written notification, you may, if you wish, resort to a conventional mediation procedure by mail with the Cooperative and Associate Trade Mediator - FCA (an organization authorized by the European Commission) - 77, rue de Lourmel - 75015 Paris, or via the website www.mcca-mediation.fr where you can find the Mediation Charter of Cooperative and Associate Trade as well as the complaint form accessible from the following link http://www.mcca-mediation.fr/recours-au-mediateur-de-la-consommation.

We also inform you of the existence of a European Online Dispute Resolution (“ODR”) platform that you may also use. The Internet user can access it from the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

These Terms of Use are governed by French law.

Any difficulty of interpretation or execution shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nanterre.

SITE AVAILABILITY

Société des Hôtels Littéraires strives, as far as possible, to keep the Site permanently accessible but is under no obligation to achieve this.
